Hands-On Pasta Making Classes

About the teacher

I’m a pasta maker, enthusiastic home cook, and lifelong teacher with over two decades of experience designing and leading hands-on learning. I’ve taught in public schools in Chicago and New York City, and in private schools in Munich, Rome, and Lunenburg. I bring that same clarity, patience, and energy into the kitchen.

In 2024, I completed the Advanced Sfoglia course at the Vecchia Scuola Bolognese in Bologna. Since 2022, I’ve led community cooking programs at the Lunenburg Library and the Mahone Bay Community Centre.

My love language is food.
