Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on, small-group workshop.
Together, we’ll mix and knead a classic egg dough, then roll it entirely by hand—no machines—using traditional techniques rooted in Emilia-Romagna, the heartland of Italian fresh pasta. You’ll learn how to handle and read the dough, building the foundation for making pasta confidently at home.
We’ll shape tagliatelle, cook a portion to enjoy together, and you’ll leave with 3-4 servings of fresh pasta to share later.
Relaxed, social, and welcoming, this workshop is ideal for curious cooks, couples, or small groups looking for a memorable, skill-building experience.
